- For part 1:
The subject of performance of this part of the public contract consists in the performance of post-warranty service and repairs of cooling and air conditioning units (hereinafter referred to as "equipment") in metro stations, technical centers and technical areas of the metro.
The specific specification of the subject of performance is given in proposalfor the framework contract for part 1 of the public contract, which forms Annex No. 3a of this procurement documentation, and in its annexes.
For part 2:
The subject of the performance of this part of the public contract consists in the performance of post-warranty service and repairs of cooling and air conditioning equipment in surface areas contractor.
Conkrthe technical specification of the subject of performance is given in the draft framework contract for part 2 of the public contract, which forms Annex No. 3b of this procurement documentation, and in its annexes. this is a framework agreementuvu for the performance of both parts of the public contract, unless otherwise stated in the text of the procurement documentation or unless it follows from the wording of a specific provision.
