Description: The purpose of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier without restoring the competition for the implementation of the performance specified by the tender dossier, including its annexes (ie, including the Framework Agreement).
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the service and repair of pressure caps of track types ZT 76A according to the current requirements of the contracting authority, which are located in the tunnels on the metro routes and forms the so-called pressure divisions. Part of the ZT 76A line closure (and thus the subject of service and repair activities) is also the loading of the rails in the pressure division, travel segments, drain-gutter cap and the necessary related building modifications.
