- Description :
- The subject of the public contract is the service and maintenance of the irrigation system in the garden of the Straka Academy of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, namely:
a) Spring maintenance of the irrigation system
- implementation March - April (according to the current development of the meteorological situation)
- filling the system and replenishment of chemicals
- control mechanical parts
-inspection and adjustment of electromagnetic valves, the integrity of distribution systems, adjustment of all nozzles
- check the functionality of the system - engine room, well
b) Autumn maintenance of the irrigation system
- implementation October - November (according to the current development of the meteorological situation)
- draining the system and blowing out the residual inodes from distributions with compressed air
- emptying of tanks
- system check
c) Regular check of the irrigation system (1x per month)
- regular check of the irrigation system, especially mechanical parts and electromagnetic
valves
- replenishment of operational chemistry
d) Hotline in case of defects
- reach within 24 hfrom the reporting of the defect
- identification of the defect
- ensuring service intervention and defect removal according to the supplier's price list for spare parts and service work beyond the scope of regular maintenance of the irrigation system, specified in Annex No. 2 of the model contract.
- defect removal within the period specified in Art. III. paragraph 4 samplefor the contract.
