- The subject of the public contract is the following activities:
(a) carrying out the prescribed inspection activities on the exhausts, platforms and leaks in the premises of the contracting authority in stations and departs of the metro and in the tram depot on the designated technical regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "UTZ") within the meaning of the Act Railways No. 266/1994 Coll., as amended and in the Garages of Buses on a reserved technical equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "VTZ equipment") within the meaning of Act No. 250/2021 Coll., later regulations, and in accordance with binding technical standards, as amended.
Dates of operating revisions and revisions are determined on the facility UTZ by Decree of MD No. 100/1995 Coll. Or shortened according to the recommendations of manufacturers. Dates of operational and professional inspections and tests for VTZ equipment are determined by technical standards, especially in ČSN 27 4002 and ČSN 27 4007 or equivalent. In case of substantial changes or reconstructions are binding on Activities on UTZ or VTZ equipment by the above -mentioned legal and technical standards or related standards.
