- The subject of the competition will be the elaboration of the architectural design of the new multipurpose building of the town of Jilove and its immediate surroundings, in the territory of the recently removed buildings of the Cultural House. The developing city needs to build adequate facilities of civic amenities that will be functional and gentle, will allow Providing and satisfying needs at least in the field of healthcare, social affairs and housing. The multipurpose building will become a space in which about 20 small -scale apartments, 4 surgeries for doctors, including facilities, should be created, and the new headquarters should be found here. Main filling of the house should be supplemented with the integration of the community room for meeting tenants of the houses of the house with each other and with visits. The structure of future tenants is considered by the contracting authority mainly in relation to the senior part of the population.
