- The subject of the order is the provision of the statutory auditor service, namely: conducted an audit of etn summaries for etn period 2026, first reported about perceived deficiencies no later than 15/04/2027, at least for the year 2026 until 30 April 2027 at the latest, issued and negotiated audit report no later than 5/15/2027, initial consultation on audit and audit questions, submitted first as of 30/11/2026, communication with the contracting authority during the audit, providing ad hoc professional consultations in the range of up to 5 hours per quarter, fulfillment of related administrative duties according to auditing standard. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the subject of payment for the audit of annual summaries for the annual period 2027 subject to changes in the contract.
