The subject of the public contract is to ensure the complex activities of the team manager / project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager") in the (project) preparation and implementation of the project "Apartment House at the Tyrš School", which is to be built on Parc. 764/9, 764/117, 764/118 and 764/266 in the Land RegisterThe territory of Jinonice, the municipality of Prague, registered on the ownership sheet No. 994.
The subject of the project manager is the continuous organization, coordination, control and management of the project in its preparatory and implementation phase in the following areas:
-Management of the project;Or the investor;
