- 2.2.1. The subject of the Public Contract is the selection of a supplier who, for the Employer, in relation to the project "DOLNI POČERNICE - PROJECT 2; investment action PDS No. 0045900" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Project"), which is to be built on part of the parcel of land parc. No. 1493/1 in the cadastral territory of Dolni Počernice [629952] (LV No. 871), registrationthe performance of project manager services including comprehensive project management during project preparation and building implementation in the scope of activities from Phase 1 - Territorial decision to Phase 5 - Commissioning of the building for the "Dolni Počernice - Project 2" event. An integral part of the performance will be the provision of serviceseb Cost of the manager, the Technical supervision of the construction and the Health and Safety Coordinator for the relevant Phase of the project implementation. The individual phases of construction preparation and implementation are determined as follows:
Phase 1 - Preparatory phase
Phase 2 - Planning permission
Phase 3 - Selection of the general contractor
Phase 4 - Construction implementation
Phase5 - Commissioning of the building
