- The aim of the concession procedure is to select an operator of heat sources (exchange stations and gas boiler houses - also Equipment) in the property of the Statutory City of Brno, under the administration of the Brno-střed Municipality, with whom it will conclude a concession contract. The future operator (Concessionaire) will have these heat sources leased from the client andwill operate them, i.e. will ensure heat supply to the points of consumption connected to these Devices, will carry out repairs, maintenance and revisions of the Devices so that they are in perfect operable condition and meet all legal requirements and technical standards, and will also ensure the provision of emergency slutilities and consulting activities
