- The aim of the concession procedure is to select an operator of heat sources (exchange stations and gas boiler houses - also Equipment) in the property of the Statutory City of Brno, under the administration of the Brno-střed Municipality, with whom it will conclude a concession contract. The future operator (Concessionaire) will have these heat sources leased from the client andwill operate them, i.e. will ensure heat supplies to the points of consumption connected to these Devices, will carry out repairs, maintenance and revisions of the Devices so that they are in perfect operable condition and meet all legal requirements and technical standards, and will also ensure the provision of emergency slservices and consulting activities.
The subject of the performance of the awarded public order is:
a) Lease of heat sources by the contracting authority to the Concessionaire
b) Repair, maintenance and servicing of Equipment by the Concessionaire
c) Provision of emergency service by the Concessionaire
d) Production and distribution of heat energy by the Concessionaire
e) ExecutionRevision
f) Provision of consulting activities and other services by the Concessionaire to the contracting authority
