- The subject of the concession procedure is the conclusion of a concession, i.e. an operating contract in the sense of § 8, paragraph 2 of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply systems and sewerage systems for public use and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Supply System and Sewerage Act), in force wording (hereinafter referred to as the "AGM") for a fixed period from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2027, with the right to choose the price of water taken over for treatment belonging to the concessionaire/operator, the subject of which will be the definition of the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties for the purpose of lease and operation of the wastewater treatment plant as part of the sewage system for public use owned by the contracting authorityto the early supplier and the commitment of the selected supplier to ensure the proper and safe operation of this property in accordance with the relevant provisions of the ZVK.
