- Brief description of the subject VZ:
Processing of project documentation and engineering activities
- demolition work - demolition of the building Zamecka 457 including opinions and securing the demolition area (decision to remove the building)
- project of the new building of the Home for the elderly Koryčany in stages:
a) for DUR and DSP,
b) documentation for construction implementation to the extent of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. in the valid wording, fully respecting the material conditions for the implementation of residential care services projects within the framework of the National Recovery Plan, including the itemized budget and statement of measurements, engineering activities consisting ofobtaining the necessary statements and opinions and ensuring joint zoning and construction management. Part of the project documentation at the construction stage will be the design of the interior and equipment of the Home for the Elderly in Koryčany, including an itemized budget with a statement of measurements. Part of the project documentation fordemolition work and for the implementation of the construction will be the construction health and safety plan.
- performance of the engineering activity of the author's supervision of the construction (AD billed in HZS in CZK/hour without VAT, with a scope of min. 100 hours of performance) during construction implementation. - Documents :
