Title: Customer selection of treated sewage sludge

Description: The subject of this public contract is the selection of an entity that will ensure the collection and recovery or disposal (disposal) of sewage sludge (hereinafter also "sludge") from the Jihlava wastewater treatment plant (hereinafter referred to as Jihlava WWTP) in accordance with Czech legislation. Republic, in particular under the law. No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and legislation of the European Union, valid at the time of performance, even in the event that they are amended or adopted completely new legislation. For the purposes of this procedure, sludge means dewatered, stabilized sewage sludge from municipal wastewater treatment from the Jihlava WWTP, still designated by catalog number 190805 (according to the repealed Decree No. 93/2016 Coll., On waste catalog, repealed and not replaced by this tender procedure). The production volume of the contracting authority is approximately 5,000 tons of sludge per year, with a dry matter content of at least 21%. The expected volume of sludge per year may fluctuate depending on the operating conditions of the WWTP.
