• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is, in accordance with Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities, as amended, and Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on Public Services in Passenger Transport and on Amendments to Other Acts, as amended, to ensure performance of public services in the transport of passengers by public scheduled transport for the purpose of ensuring transport services especially in the territory of the City of Písek, or its suburban areas, for a period of 10 years with an expected start from 1 July 2027.
