- The subject of this bidding process will be the provision of transport services by public services in the transport of passengers by public rail passenger transport within the "South" operating group in part of the territory of the Hradec Kralove region within the meaning of Β§ 3, paragraph 2 of the ZVS and to the extent stipulated by the contract. Traffic service will be provided on sections of railway lines in the territory of the Hradec Kralove Region and, with the consent of the Pardubice Region, also in its territory.
The focus of performance will be on the lines Hradec Kralove Letohrad, Hradec Kralove Solnice, Hradec Kralove Rokytnice v Orlicke hory, Hradec Kralove Chlumec nad Cidlinou Novy BydΕΎov, Hradec Kralove JaromΔΕ, DobruΕ‘ka ChoceΕ and Hronov ChoceΕ. On the mentioned lines, approximately the current range of capacities will be ordered with a possible increase in the frequency of connections, extension or addition of capacities (possibly also on connected railway lines), including inserted, booster and tourist connections. The contract will be concluded for a period of 15 years. The start of operation is expected from the date of the nationwide timetable change in December 2031.
The customer assumes that the operation will be provided mainly by units of the EMU and BEMU type. For the acquisition of part of the EMU and BEMU units, the customer assumes use financial support from the TRANSGov program No. 1/2024 from the resources of the Modernization Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Subsidy Program").
