- The subject of the public contract is the provision of the following services: (a) mediation of the sale of shares of FC Hradec Kralove, a.s., IČO 27479307, Uprkova 473/1, Malšovice, 500 09 Hradec Kralove; (b) analysis of options for operating the Multifunctional Football Stadium in Hradec Kralove; (c) realization of concession or janother procurement procedure, if, based on the analysis, the contracting authority chooses such a variant of the operation of the Multifunctional Football Stadium, for the implementation of which it will be necessary to hold a concession or other procurement procedure; and (d) other advisory, consulting and analytical services related to the subject of the contract.
