- All requirements related to the activity of the construction manager during the control of the Project implementation investment plan of the ŘVC CR and during other supervision of the proper implementation of the Project, including ensuring compliance of the Project implementation with legal regulations, namely in the agreed execution phases of the Project.
The construction manager willperform the following functions: i) Managerial leadership and coordination of the construction manager team; ii) Preparatory phase: Carrying out a comprehensive check and completeness of the project documentation DSP, DPS, part A, B, C, health and safety plan; iii) Inspection of the complete documentation and documents for construction implementation with processing of the protocol will be carried outa check before the start of implementation on the comprehensive readiness of the project according to the TKP ŘVCČR for the start of implementation; iv) a comprehensive assessment before handing over the construction site, integrating the issued permits and the result of the procurement procedure and SFDI methodologies.; v) Performance of technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS"), in the sensepublication TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF THE BUILDER issued by ČKAIT (MP 9.2 update 2018) and in the scope and under the conditions of the Methodology for the construction manager team (Provisional version 2018), approved by the Ministry of Transport on 23 October 2018, available at https://www.sfdi. cz/rules-methodology-and-prices/methodology/; vi) Inspection and approvalwelding Implementation documentation of the contractor; vii) Ensuring the performance of the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (BOZP) in the sense of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., as amended, during construction preparation; viii) Implementation of geodetic and measuring works according to § 13 of Act 200/1994Coll. as amended - for verified... - Documents :
