- This is a small-scale public order (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) for the purchase of a service - securing the purchase of meal vouchers for employees of VVetU Hlučin, including the Chotyně and Česke Budějovice cost centers for the period from 1 February 2024 to 31 January 2026 - the nominal value of the meal voucher amounts to CZK 130.00 see attachment no. 2.
In total, the provider will deliver a maximum of 30,768 meal vouchers during the contract period, while the number of meal vouchers will not exceed 1,282 per month.
We require the determination of the commission amount for the sale of meal vouchers. The value of the commission amount will be given to two (2) decimal placesthe one with a value higher than 0 and a negative value may not be given either, in these cases it will be evaluated by the bidder as a violation of the contracting authority's requirements for the processing of the tender price.thrower for the period from 1.2.2024 - 31.1.2026. The provider will ensure individual partial fulfillment by continuous delivery of ordered meal vouchers at the specified time and in the agreed manner - see. appendix no. 3 - Draft contract.
Requirements:
- The participant submits a professionalqualification prerequisites according to § 77 Z ZVZ 134/2016 paragraph 1, paragraph 2 p. a) extract from the commercial register and trade register.
- Furthermore, filling in the price offer in the table - see. appendix no. 2 ATTENTION start according to the instructions in appendix no. 2.
- As appendix no. 3, insert the discussed and possibly modified na draft contract to be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the participant's organization.

As part of the offer, we require you to provide an up-to-date overview of catering facilities in the municipalities and cities of Hlučin, Chotyn (Hradek nad Nisou) and Česke Budějovice, where you can apply aftera sample of the provided meals having the character of a main meal.
Submit the required attachments in PDF format. The required documents proving the fulfillment of the basic qualification prerequisites and extracts from the commercial (trade) register must not be older than 3 months from the date of the announcement of the VZMR.
