• Description:
• The subject of the performance of this public contract is mainly the development of project documentation using the BIM method and engineering work for the client's intention to implement the reconstruction of the building at Na Florenci 7 and 9.
  The subject of the performance of this public order is in particular the following areas of activity:
  - getting all the relevant ones documents by the contractor, according to Article 2.1.1. contracts;
  - discussion of individual proposals and submissions with relevant public authorities and other persons, according to Article 2.1.2 of the draft contract;
  - preparation of project documentation, according to Article 2.1.3. draft contract;
  - performance of engineering (procurement) activities, according to Art. 2.1.4. draft contract;
  - creation of information models, according to Article 2.1.5 of the draft contract;
  - preparation of the interior design, according to Article 2.1.6 of the draft contract;
  - supervision of the designer, according to Article 2.1.7 of the draft contract;
  - provision of any consultancy activities in the selection of the construction contractor and its subcontractors, including the preparation of the Inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions, according to Article 2.1.8. draft contract;
  - providing cooperation in the approval procedure, in the event that the contractor is requested to do so in writing by the contracting authority, according to Article 2.1.9. draft contract.
