Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery (sale) of equipment owned by the contracting authority for two-way certified segmental speed measurement with a camera system for two-track vehicles with equipment operation security, including automated data collection on the measurement performed, their processing and transmission to SW MP Smiřice, which is the subject of delivery (the server will be provided by the buyer), and subsequently to the IS of the city of Hradec Králové and to the SYDO Traffic® SCAN system of PČR Hradec Králové. The device must enable certified section speed measurement of two-wheeled vehicles on the required (designated) section, must contain software for searching for stolen and vehicles of interest (online operation with sending a record within 10 seconds) and must automatically record offenses that will be displayed, securely stored and then automatically processed in software provided by ORP Hradec Králové so that the output is documents used in administrative proceedings. The basic parameters for the processing of traffic violations by MP Smiřice are Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation. Furthermore, the system must enable the continuous transfer of data or their recording to the system of the PČR, the Hradec Králové Regional Directorate and the use of data for its needs. The device will also include 1 piece of intelligent speed indicator.
