- The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project entitled: "Valeč Elementary School - Improving the quality and accessibility of education". The subject of the public contract is described in detail in the project documentation prepared by the company Jitra s.r.o., Kaštanova 1160, Podklašteři, 674 01 Třebič, ID: 09769021 (hereinafter only"project documentation"), which forms Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation "Annex No. 5 Project Documentation" and in the non-awarded list of works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements (blind budgets), which forms Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation "Annex No. 4 List of construction works, supplies and services pa statement of measurements". Part of the subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of the documentation of the actual execution of the completed work according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll.
