- The subject of the public contract is the regular maintenance of the client's local roads (mechanical and manual cleaning) throughout the calendar year, consisting of seasonal maintenance and winter maintenance. In the case of seasonal maintenance, this is mainly the cleaning of roads, sidewalks, cleaning of street drains, etc. In the case of winter maintenance, it is mainlyfor liquidation sprinkling of chemicals and/or inert material, local or combined plowing performance, etc. More detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in point 3.2. procurement documentation, the draft contract, which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and detailed technical conditions and specifications forthe subject of the public contract, which is Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
