Description: The subject of the competition is to find a solution for the restoration of the most important cultural object in the city. The competition conditions do not prescribe a basic conceptual approach - reconstruction or new construction on the original site. Detailed conditions of the assignment are described in the appendix to the competition conditions. The amount of investment costs of the building of the cultural house - Sdružený klub Rabštejn is set by the announcer by the limit of 50 million CZK (excluding VAT). The amount does not consider the interior equipment, which is not firmly connected with the construction and also does not include the costs of the outdoor technical infrastructure, paved areas, landscaping, greenery and landscaping.
