- The subject of the contract is the delivery of GASTRA, respectively. Kitchen equipment for the kitchen of Louny Elementary School, School No. 2426 Louny, incl. Its assembly, installation. It is a part of the order for the modernization of gastro -construction, which consists of this part for the supply of gastro equipment and part of the kitchen construction work. The delivery of GASTRA equipment will be ensured in a turnkey basis, while the supplier will also provide its installation incl. Connection to utilities, testing, revisions to connect, commissioning, operator training, warranty service (removal of faults resulting from normal operation), etc. Selected technological equipment (cooling, heating and washing) must allow the HACCP data to be connected and downloaded Critical points and must be equipped with a connection point without the need to retrofit the technological equipment with another component.
