Contract description: The subject of this public contract is the supply of a new complete scanning / transmission electron microscope (S / TEM) with a FEG cathode of the Schottky type and an accelerating voltage up to 200 kV, with the possibility of working in conventional transmission mode (hereinafter also referred to as "TEM") and in scan transmission mode (hereinafter also referred to as "STEM"). The device must allow work in diffraction modes (parallel and convergent beam diffraction and nanodiffraction). The device must be suitable for top applications in the study of metal, ceramic and composite materials.
