Description: The subject of performance is the supply of a confocal scanning microscope in an inverted arrangement, which allows pulse excitation at various repetition frequencies with the possibility of detecting photons in the spectral and temporal dimensions, even in the "near infra red" (NIR) region. Fully automated accessories, single-photon continuously tunable pulsed lasers covering a wide range of excitation wavelengths, highly sensitive internal detectors (each in a different region of the spectrum from UV to NIR) suitable for intensity, time (fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM)) and correlation experiments.
