- The aim of this public contract is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also referred to as "DNS") in accordance with the provisions of § 138 et seq. in connection with the provisions of § 58 ZZVZ to ensure the operation and support of the SAP system.
The contracting authority divided the dynamic purchasing system according to § 138 paragraph 1 ZZVZ into 3 categories:
Category1: SAP support and development after SAP upgrade to EHP8
The subject of this DNS category will be the awarding of partial public contracts for the support and development of SAP after the SAP upgrade to EHP8
Category 2: Implementation of SAP application superstructures
The subject of this DNS category will be the awarding of partial public contracts for implementationation of SAP application add-ons, such as the employee portal, attendance, approval processes (vacation, work from home, business trips, etc.). tie to the SAP development strategy.Or risk and impact analyses.
