- In accordance with ยง 101 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"), the public contract is divided into two separate parts:
- Part 1 - "Metal Furniture A"
- Part 2 - "Metal Furniture B"
In accordance with ยง 35 ZZVZ, the contracting authority assigns both the above-mentioned parts public contracts in one procurement procedure.
Part 1 - "Metal Furniture A"
The subject of the public contract is the construction, transport to the place of fulfillment, unloading and placement of individual pieces of metal interior equipment in the specified rooms according to the instructions of the contracting authority and the subsequent assembly of furniture in the 1st floor - 4th floor in the newly created of the client's building at the address: Pasohlavky, lot no. 3163/770 in the district of Muลกov (48.8999978N, 16.5589844E).
Part 2 - "Metal Furniture B"
The subject of the public contract is the construction, transport to the place of fulfillment, unloading and placement of individual pieces of metal interior equipment in designated rooms according to the instructions of the contracting authority and subsequent assembly of furniture in the 1st PP 4th NP in the client's newly created building at the address: Pasohlavky, lot no. 3163/770 district of Muลกov (48.8999978N, 16.5589844E).
