- The subject of the contract is the provision of:
a) the performance of the activities of the construction manager in accordance with the standards of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and the design and construction of electrical and mechanical-technological works and land and engineering structures projectprovided by the contractor (FIDIC YELLOW BOOK),
b) performance of the activities of technical supervision of the builder (investor),
c) performance of the activities of the safety and health protection coordinator at work,
d) performance of the activities of the quality controller,
e) provision of consultations and cooperation during the preparation and carrying out the procurement procedure for the conditionwork - realization of a building named "Sanatorium Palava",
f) provision of consultations and cooperation in the preparation of applications for the provision of subsidies and granting of certification,
g) other related activities,
and this during the realization of a building named: Sanatorium Palava, all this according to FIDIC standards Model contract for pooccurrence of services between client and consultant.
