• Description:
• The public contract is divided into 2 (two) parts in the sense of § 35 and § 101 ZZVZ, namely: i.Pálava Sanatorium - Interior equipment - metal furniture, Part 1 - Metal furniture A a ii. Sanatorium Pálava - Interior equipment - metal furniture, Part 2 - Metal furniture B. Subject of the public procurement - part 1 The subject of the public contract is the production, transport to the place of fulfillment, unloading and placement of individual pieces of metal interior equipment in the specified rooms according to the instructions of the contracting authority and the subsequent assembly of furniture in the 1st PP - 4th NP in the new of the commissioned building (Sanatorium Pálava) at the address: Pasohlávky, lot no. 3163/770 in the district of Mušov (48.8999978N, 16.5589844E). The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is stated in the annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 1a - Technical specification of the subject of performance for part 1. The client points out that all photos and images listed in the description of the technical parameters of individual products in the Technical Specification they are only illustrative and therefore not a project. The client further states that data not explicitly described and parameters not explicitly stated in the Technical Specification are left to the choice and processing of the supplier.
