Description: The aim of the project is to sell the existing bank real estate portfolio while finding and mediating the lease of suitable alternative administrative premises, including mediation of their equipment and secure the movement of the bank's workplaces into new rental premises.
To ensure the successful implementation of the project and obtaining the added value added that the restructuring of rental and property relations is to be delivered, it is necessary that it led and managed by one external provider of the project "Real Estate Manager", which will be in direct contractual relationship with the bank. By ensuring the project, an experienced and reliable person of the real estate broker should be entrusted, which will be selected in the procurement procedure and which will guarantee the seamless and timely progress of the project.
