- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a "Framework Purchase Agreement" for the supply of up to 50 new ambulance vehicles (hereinafter also "RZP vehicles" or "goods") for rapid medical assistance (hereinafter "RZP"), which will be category B according to ČSN EN 1789 and with the possibility of use for an emergency. The client requests RZP vehicles with a box body up to a total maximum weight of 4,200 kg.
RZP vehicles will be delivered to the client (buyer) under the conditions specified in the Framework Purchase Agreement, based on the client's individual orders.
The framework purchase agreement will be concluded with one supplier for 1 year from the date acquisition of its effectiveness.
Appendix No. 5 ZD specifies the client's requirements for the exterior color design of the RZP vehicle. Appendix No. 6 ZD shows the layout of the interior of the RZP vehicle. Part of the subject the corresponding equipment of new vehicles, which is specified in the required technical specification (Appendix No. 4 ZD), is also fulfilled.
In the offer, the supplier shall provide a detailed specification of the offered RZP vehicles according to the minimum requirements of the contracting authority listed in Appendix No. 4 ZD.
