• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the complete replacement of the passenger elevator in the Karolina building, Ovocný trh 560/5, 116 36 Prague 1. The supplier is obliged to provide all supplies, work and services necessary for the start, implementation, completion and handover within the scope of the performance subject of performance, including putting it into proper operation. He is also obliged to prepare the project documentation and obtain the approval opinions of the National Monuments Institute (NÚ). The supplier is also obliged to cooperate in obtaining the necessary public law permits, all in accordance with valid legal regulations and technical standards of the Czech Republic. Part of the performance is the dismantling of the existing lift, including its verifiable ecological disposal, as well as the verifiable ecological disposal of another waste generated during the implementation of the work. Service or maintenance of equipment is not included in the scope of delivery. A more detailed specification is given in the invitation to tender. The inspection of the place of fulfillment will take place on January 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting of all participants will be at the reception of the main entrance to the building at Celetná 20, Prague 1.
