- The subject of individual public contracts awarded in the established DNS will be the provision of legal services within the meaning of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on Advocacy, as amended. The contracting authority assumes that, through public contracts awarded in the DNS, it will request in particular the following legal services:
a) contractuallaw,
b)public procurement law (including the preparation and administration of public procurement),
c)labor law,
d)the area of property management (real estate, tangible and intangible property),
e)ICT issues,
f)protection of intellectual property ownership (patents, trademarks, etc.),
g) protection of personal data (GDPR),
h) obeconomic legal advice (e.g. exceptions in the area of public support),
i)representation before courts or public authorities,
j)representation in enforcement proceedings,
k)construction proceedings.
More detailed information on the subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS , including commercial and contractual conditions, eithere always defined in the call for tenders according to § 141, paragraph 1 ZZVZ.
