Description:
The subject of the public contract is the complete reconstruction of Rudolfovska trady in a historical building connected to the historic preservation/city center of Česke Budějovice, namely in the section from Jeronymova Street to plot no. 106/1.
Part of this action is close coordination with the works of other investors and suppliers, e.g. during the reconstruction of gas pipelines laid on both sides. The contractor will be obliged to coordinate the work with the event "Reconstruction of the NTL gas pipeline ČB Rudolfovska class II. Stage (section no. 71, no. 1955/35 - Jeronymova )", whose investor is Gas Distribution s.r.o., Křižikova 1698/2, 370 01 Česke Budějovice.
Building must seamlessly follow the first stage of the reconstruction of Rudolfovska Street, which ends at Jeronymova Street.
This is further divided into two construction seasons. Street width the profile is given by a multi-storey historical building in which a considerable number of establishments are located, an important descent is, for example, the entrance to the premises of the Mitsubishi company. The coverage of some utility networks will be minimal, and therefore it is necessary to adapt the construction work to this condition in order not to violate these sewing.
It also includes traffic-engineering measures to restrict traffic on the existing road and the surrounding area during the construction of roads and utility networks.
