• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the complete reconstruction of Rudolfovská trády in a historical building connected to the historic preservation/city center of České Budějovice, namely in the section from Jeronýmova Street to plot no. 106/1. Part of this action is narrow coordination with the works of other investors and suppliers, e.g. during the reconstruction of gas pipelines laid on both sides. The contractor will be obliged to coordinate the work with the event "Reconstruction of the NTL gas pipeline ČB Rudolfovská class II. Stage (section no. 71, no. 1955/35 - Jeronýmova)". whose investor is Gas Distribution s.r.o., Křižíkova 1698/2, 370 01 České Budějovice. The construction must seamlessly follow the first stage of the reconstruction of Rudolfovská Street, which ends at Jeronýmova Street. It is a backbone communication, taking into account the scope work, the subject of this contract is the second stage of approx. 275 meters in length. This is further divided into two construction seasons. The width of the street profile is determined by the multi-storey historical building, in which a considerable number of establishments are located, an important descent is e.g. the entrance to the premises of the Mitsubishi company. The coverage of some utility networks will be minimal, and therefore it is necessary to adapt the construction work to this condition in order not to violate these networks. It also includes a traffic-engineering measure to restrict traffic to existing communication and surroundings during the construction of communication and utility networks.
