- The purpose of the public contract is the supply of network infrastructure to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Tender Documentation and its annexes, especially the technical conditions according to Annex No. 1 and in the binding commercial and contractual conditions, which are the text of the purchase contract and the service contract for each partand public contracts form Annex No. 6 of this Tender Documentation. The output of the contract implementation is mainly the delivery of optical fiber routes to the locations specified in the tender documentation. The public order is divided into parts, while the supplier is entitled to submit an offer for any one part or by itselfsubstantially for more or each of the parts of the public contract.
