• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract for the conclusion of the framework agreement will be the provision of routine road maintenance services under the management of the Contracting Authority, according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority as set out in the sub-contracts. The selected supplier will be obliged to provide comprehensive provision requested services, including the resources and equipment needed to provide them, according to the Client's current needs. Routine maintenance includes basic summer and winter maintenance, in particular the following activities: cleaning and repairing roadways, railings and road surroundings, including milling and repair of potholes, maintenance of road markings, maintenance of transport equipment and other accessories, mowing of grass and woody vegetation around roads, removal of faults on vertical road markings, maintenance of verges and ditches or bridges, ensuring the passability of roads in the winter season, including ensuring the sprinkling of roads, snow removal, inspection drives, dispatching services and emergency services. The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is defined in more detail in the tender documentation appendices, in particular then in the binding draft of the framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of the Procurement Documentation, and in its annexes. Furthermore, as an informative document, the contracting authority provides suppliers with the existing winter maintenance operational plan as part of Annex No. 13 of the Procurement Documentation. Current the winter maintenance operational plan, relevant for the performance of the Public Contract, will be issued and provided in accordance with binding legal regulations and the binding draft of the framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of the Procurement Documentation.
