- The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new roundabout on the site of the existing junction of road II/464 and the local road to the ČD railway station. The proposed intersection has the task of safely and capacity to connect the newly built Hall 5 and Hall 6 industrial areas on the north side and the future HDF BUS on South the side of the side. The roundabout is designed as a six -arm ellipse shape with axes of 50 m and 55 m axes. The center island passes through a direct passage stripe of 5.5 m width for vehicles carrying excessive loads. All shoulders of the intersection They are also with a cement -concrete cover. On the arm "East" and "Hall 6" are located central islands for safe transfer of pedestrians through the designed place for crossing. Part of the construction is the demolition of the existing fencing on the land 1121/15 and the construction of a new fencing. The estimated start is in August/September 2025. Preparatory and other works cannot be carried out on road II/464 at the time of NATO Days (in more detail in section XXII. Other requirements and conditions of the contracting authority). The contractor of the construction work is obliged to coordinate the work on the relocation of the HV CEZ with the construction of the LEOŠ Janaček Airport Airport. Term The completion of the 1st stage and connection of the BMV premises is set by 28.02.2026. The date of completion of the 2nd stage is set by 31.05.2026.
