Description:
The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a Robotic System for walking training (hereinafter also referred to as "device", "goods", "medical device" or simply "ZP"), ensuring their warranty and post-warranty activities. documentation. including putting the supplied goods into operation, their installation and briefing/training of personnel in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices a of in vitro diagnostic medical devices - hereinafter also referred to as the "Medical Devices Act". has limited the life of the offered ZP in any way, this limitation must not be for a period shorter than 10 years from commissioning and handing over to the contracting authority. Included the subject of performance must be the provision of post-warranty activities for the delivered goods for an indefinite period. the contract must meet all the requirements imposed on it by the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and also the requirements specified in the tender documentation.
