- All particulars associated with the activities of the construction manager in the inspection of the project - the investment plan of the RV CR and in other supervision of the proper implementation of the project, including the compliance of the implementation of the project with legal regulations, in the agreed performance phases of the project. The construction manager will fulfill the following functions: • performing comprehensive control and completeness of the merged DUR and DSP, PCS, PPS, B, C, COMPLETE DOCUMENTATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION The protocol processing on the inspection before commencement According to TKP ŘVCČR to start implementation. • Comprehensive assessment before handover of the construction site, integrating issued permits and the outcome of the tendering procedure and SFDI methodologies. • Implementing the completeness of contractual relations • Checking and approving the contractor's implementation documentation. • The performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as “TDS”), within the meaning of the Technical Supervision of the Builder Published by ČKAIT (MP 9.2 Update 2018) and to the extent and under conditions of the methodology for the team manager, (Provisional version 2018), approved by the Ministry of Transport 23 .
