• Revitalization of Zlín Castle - PHASE 1 underground extension The subject of the public contract is the realization of the underground extension of the castle, which is located on the northwest side of the building. The underground extension is designed outside the existing built-up areas of the castle. This the extension will be connected to the existing basement space on both sides through newly created openings in the perimeter masonry. Spaces will be created in the premises of the underground extension for the location of the lock technology (exchange station, LV substation, rooms for located UPS and RACK) and facilities for gastro operations (dressing rooms with hygienic facilities, areas for preparation and storage of vegetables, refrigerated food storage preparation room and dry food storage). Furthermore, within the basement, spaces for the organization Živý Zlín (dressing room, hygienic premises, warehouse). In the area of ​​the underground building, spaces are also designed for storing waste both from the operation of the gas station and from the operation of the entire Castle. A supply platform is designed here for catering needs or for balancing bins, etc. Access to the underground extension is provided directly from the cellars of the Castle, and an escape exit from these areas to the public square is also proposed, which opens roughly halfway down the slope of the Sad Svobody. The construction will be carried out in coordination with the contractor's other construction in same location - "Revitalization of the Svobody orchard in Zlín".
