• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the realization of the underground extension of the castle, which is located on the northwest side of the building. The underground extension is designed outside the existing built-up areas of the castle. This extension will be connected to the existing basement space from both sides through newly created openings in the perimeter masonry. In the premises of the underground extension, there will be spaces for the location of the lock technology (exchange station, LV substation, rooms for placing UPS and RACK) and facilities for gastro operations (dressing rooms with hygienic facilities, areas for preparation and storage of vegetables, refrigerated food storage, preparation room and dry food storage). In addition, the premises for the organization Živý Zlín (dressing room, hygienic areas, warehouse) are being dealt with in the basement. In the space of the underground building spaces for storing waste both from the operation of the gas station and from the operation of the entire Castle are also designed. A supply platform is designed here for catering needs or for balancing bins, etc. Access to the underground extension is provided directly from the cellars area of ​​the Castle, an escape exit from these areas to the public square, which opens roughly halfway up the slope of Sadu Svobody, is also proposed.
