- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of this public contract is to perform activities according to the project documentation for construction entitled “Revitalization of the territory after slate mining Arboretum Nový Dvůr - Mine Quido I” elaborated by after mining, a.s. , in April 2017, which is annexed to 3 ZD. Implementation work will be of both mining activities (pursuant to Act 61/1988 Coll., - Upper Act and other valid mining regulations) and construction work (according to the Building Act). The aim of the proposed solution is to ensure and remediation of the area affected by the former mining activity (CPV code 45221250-9). Including the mining work of Quido and with the possible opening of the mining work of the public - visitors of the dendrological garden. (Additional CPV codes 45240000-1, 45231000-5).
