- The subject of the public contract is the activity of technical supervision of the builder, the activity of the health and safety coordinator at the construction site in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which regulates other requirements for safety and health protection at work in labor relations and on ensuring safety and health protection at workservices or the provision of services outside labor relations (Act on Ensuring Additional Conditions of Safety and Health Protection at Work), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 309/2006 Coll.") and Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., on closer minimum requirements for safety and health protection atwork on construction sites, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll."). The scope of performance also includes biological surveillance or the provision of other related services. The subject of the performance of the public contract is ecological (biological) supervision, whose task will be to supervise the safeguardingminimization of negative effects on the biota, ongoing detection of the occurrence of specially protected species before the start of and during construction and possible transfers of endangered individuals to suitable locations. The task of biological surveillance will also be to prevent the formation of puddles and ponds on the construction site, which couldand become a refuge for amphibians.
