• Description:
• (nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of this public contract is construction work, including all related work and supplies. The construction modifications are aimed primarily at the use of the attic for the operation of the children's department and other activities. They restin the construction of a new elevator and staircase to make the attic accessible and the construction and reconstruction of social facilities on all floors. In the attic, the necessary static adjustments will be made, the roof will be insulated, including the laying of a new roof covering and cladding with SDK constructions, the installation of studio windows behind the balustradethrough the floor and in the original places or shifted places of exit openings, creation of new vinyl floors. Air conditioning will also be built, the building will be connected to the sewer system, and other repairs will be made. Marked doors will include fire-resistant frames. The elevator shaft is designed for load reasonsbuilt of concrete formwork elements, reinforced and poured with concrete. It is designed with a shallow depression and a low overpass. The staircase to the attic will be steel, concreted with sdk soffit. The railings will be historically forged. The new partitions of the sanitary facilities will be sdk, with ceramic tiles, the floors will beceramic tiles. The front wall of the toilets on the ground floor will be the original wooden one, it will have to be turned. The existing door leading to the ČCHUC must be supplemented with a fire seal around the entire perimeter of the door wing, except for the threshold joint, and must be supplemented with self-closing devices. The construction work is specified in more detail in the projectdocumentation, which is an attachment to this procurement documentation (see attachment no. 5a of this ZD).
