- The subject of the landscape-architecture competition is the revitalization of the park, its arrangement in relation to the surrounding city, objects in its vicinity or those that are part of it, taking into account the character of the area historically conceived as a natural landscape park built and gradually modified around Zlincastle and precisely defined by the surrounding streets as well as its existing cultural and social use. The concept of a nature-landscape park with the central dominant of the oldest building in Zlin the castle, as well as the future possibility of incorporating the building of the former court should be preserved or strengthened.
