Description:
The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the revitalization of the sports complex in Vítějevs (hereinafter referred to as the "Work"). The project deals with the comprehensive restoration of sports areas and related infrastructure within the area on the park lands. par no. C. 404/6, 404/7, 404/8, 404/9, 404/10, 404/11 and 404/12, c.ú. Vítějeves, owned by the client The aim of the project is to modernize the sports and recreational facilities of the area, increase its functionality and quality of use while preserving the current character of the area. Realization includes construction modifications of existing sports areas, construction of new playgrounds and related areas, including gardens and landscaping. Part of the subject of the performance of the public contract of all parts is the processing of the documentation of the actual completed execution works.
