Description: The subject of this design competition is the elaboration of an architectural - urban design for the New Cultural Center of the City of Rokycany - revitalization of the former Sokolovna complex in buildings no. 208 on p.č.st. 600 in cadastral register Rokycany. Decide on the integration of existing buildings, their modification, modernization, reconstruction or demolition. Part of the solution on Mr. No. st. 600 in cadastral register Rokycany will also address standard parking requirements caused by the needs of the cultural center area with a minimum capacity of 90 parking spaces, which will also serve as the capacity of public parking spaces serving the city center. The final proposal will be the basis for the processing of subsequent project documentation.
