Description:
The subject of the public contract is the first stage of the revitalization of the school playground and sports facilities, i.e. the creation of new areas for publicly accessible sports and recreation (i.e. pump track, a threshed area for e.g. pétanque, a covered walkway by the playground). In the existing building modifications for more efficient use and extension of storage areas are proposed for the facility's background. A covered area - a meeting place - will be added to the building. The proposal also includes planting trees and grassing areas. Skate park and workout mentioned in the summary technical report does not form part of stage No. 1 of the public contract, is not included in the itemized budget and will possibly be implemented in the future in a separate public contract. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is contained in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation and in the draft contract for the work, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
